Shipping policy

Pre-Orders are shipped out within 30 business days of order being placed.

Regular sale orders ship out in 5-7 business days.

You will be provided a tracking number once your order has been shipped. After the tracking number is provided, Locs of Luv by Crystal is NOT responsible for your package thereafter. Any other shipping questions shall then be directed to the respected shipping company.

Shipping and Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
