Refund policy
We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please check below to see if your item is eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, security seals intact, items unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Pictures/video may be requested in order to approve request.
To start a return, you can contact us at locsof_luv@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. No exceptions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Locs of Luv by Crystal, nor its employees, are not liable for goods damaged by USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL or any other shipping company used, in transit. To receive a refund for damaged goods, lost or stolen goods please put in a claim to the shipping company who damaged, lost or stole the goods in transit.
Locs of Luv by Crystal, nor it's employees, are not responsible for stolen goods, It is your responsibility as the consumer to retrieve your goods when they are delivered. Locs of Luv by Crystal, nor its employees, are not liable for goods sent to the wrong address. It is your responsibility as the consumer to input the correct address. If you accidentally input the incorrect address you have 24 hours to send an email with the corrected address and your order number.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, i.e Oils/Sprays/Mists). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If your refund is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
